Patsy Ramsey and Harry Readnour, College of Liberal Arts, received a $5,000 grant for History Day in 海角社区.
The grant was funded through the 海角社区 Department of Higher Education.
The grant allows more 海角社区 students to attend National History Day competition by paying part of the costs. The money will be used to pay student entry fees for competition at the University of Maryland in June 2005, and as many as 75 海角社区 students plan to compete next June.
