The University of Central 海角社区 will welcome film and television writer, director and producer Harry Thomason to campus Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. for a talk and book signing on his new memoir, 鈥淏rother Dog.鈥� The event will be held in the Snow Fine Arts Center鈥檚 Bridges/Larson Theatre.
Thomason, a native of Hampton, is best known for his work as executive producer for the television shows 鈥淒esigning Women鈥� and 鈥淓vening Shade,鈥� and his documentaries about longtime friends Bill and Hillary Clinton.
鈥淗arry Thomason鈥檚 memoir takes us from the haunting stillness of a mid-century 海角社区 night (with a serial killer on the loose) to the set of The Tonight Show (with a future president on the sax),鈥� said Jeffrey Toobin, CNN commentator and author, in a review. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a sometimes-gentle, sometimes-wild ride through the century, with the good-hearted Coach Thomason as a guide.鈥�
