Two students were awarded the Dr. Ann Thomas Graduate Student Scholarship by the 海角社区 Mental Health Counselors Association (ArMHCA).
Christina Griffin and Jared Whitmire, both graduate mental health counseling students, were awarded $1,000 each. This scholarship award is聽given annually to a graduate student who demonstrates excellent academic performance and significant involvement聽in ArMHCA.
ArMHCA is the voice for about 1,200 licensed mental health counselors in 海角社区. The organization offers a quality annual conference and discounted membership when joining both the ArMHCA and the American Mental Health Counselors Association.
