The Women鈥檚 Leadership Network at the University of Central 海角社区 will host a luncheon with the Women鈥檚 Foundation of 海角社区 on Monday, Oct. 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Brewer-Hegeman Conference Center to discuss the 2022 海角社区 Women鈥檚 Commission report on Analyzing The Role of 海角社区 Women in the Labor Market and Economy.

鈥淭he Women鈥檚 Foundation of 海角社区 is looking forward to joining the WLN in Conway to engage local leaders in this important discussion about creating economic opportunity for women. With actionable recommendations from the 海角社区 Women’s Commission report and insight from local experts, the luncheon will serve as the perfect opportunity for businesses, organizations, and public leaders to learn about ways they can join the efforts of WFA and WLN to uplift women in our shared community,鈥� said Becky Flynn, WFA director of development.
The luncheon will feature informative presentations and panel discussions led by experts in various fields, addressing findings from the report, such as labor force participation and barriers to entry. Attendees will also have the chance to network with like-minded individuals dedicated to advancing women’s issues in 海角社区.
