Re-Apply for On Campus Housing

STEP 1:听

Complete the 2026-2027 Housing Application, beginning October 1, 2025
Upperclassmen DIBS Housing Deadline: February 24, 2026 at Midnight
Upperclassmen Pick-a-Room Housing Deadline: March 15, 2026 at Midnight

Go to my.uca.edu > MyHousing Portal > My Housing Applications

NOTE:听 Completing an application and listing your room preferences does NOT reserve a specific room for you. You will need to participate in the ‘Pick-a-Room’ process that begins in April 2026 in order to select a specific room for the academic year.

STEP 2:听

ROOMMATE REQUESTS!聽 (Starting Mid-October)

PICK YOUR ROOM!聽 (March-April 2026)

DIBS – March 4-6, 2026

Pick-a-Room – April 7, 2026 until rooms are full

Choose YOUR ROOM on my.uca.edu > MyHousing

DIBS – Claim Your Old Room

Pick A Room – Choose a New Room

STEP 4:听 EAT!

Set your meal plan by August 1st on my.uca.edu > MyHousing

NOTE: This process will begin in June after room assignments are finalized. We will email you information closer to time.

STEP 5:听 Move In!

Upperclass Move-In

NOTE:听The last date to cancel your 2026-2027 housing reservation and still receive your $100 deposit back is May 10, 2026.聽 You must cancel your housing by emailing housing@uca.edu about your cancellation.
